In the thirtieth verse of his CidvilÄsastava (‘Hymn to the Play of Consciousness’), AmáštÄnanda teaches about what it means to offer one’s self (Ätmanivedana) to the divine as follows:

eášŖaášÄtrayamayasya varášŖmaášas tattvasaášcayamayasya saášvidi |
